Irons and Red Dot (RDS)
Do you own a pistol and want to get more proficient with it? This is definitely the class for you! In the class, you will learn steps 1 through 10 on safe weapon manipulation to include all the fundamentals on how to operate your handgun. You will learn how to draw from a holster efficiently, reloading efficiently, shooting multiple targets and more. You will need a handgun, 250 rounds of ammunition, preferably an outside the waistband holster (OWB), at least 2 magazines (3 if a single stack) and a magazine pouch. Cost is $250 (includes range fees).
Defensive Combat Pistol
This pistol shooting class is an INTERMEDIATE LEVEL course on the manipulation of the handgun in a dynamic environment. This class is also suited for the Concealed Carry License (CCL) holder. You will shoot multiple drills and courses of fire from up close (zero yards) to 25 yards with the emphasis on practical carry and self-defense to include shooting around barricades/vehicles tailored to simulate “real world” scenarios. Students must provided their own handgun, inside or outside the waistband (OWB) holster, at least 3 magazines with pouch and about 250 rounds of ammunition. Pre-requisite for this class is a basic pistol class or equivalent. Cost is $250 (includes range fees).
